Repairs, Refunds & Returns

I stand behind my work. If something breaks, I will repair it!

If your jewelry requires repairs due to poor quality materials or poor workmanship, repairs will be made free of charge.

Damages due to abuse or the “love” of pets and children will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

In most cases, a restringing fee of $5 and the shipping will cover it. Please contact me before any negative actions are begun and I will be happy to work with you to make it right.

Once a case or negative comments are left, I cannot help you and will remove myself from the dispute.
